The grounds are landscaped with expansive lawns, shade and flowering trees, flowering shrubs, and ground cover to provide a lush garden setting.

The Cliffs has a recreation pavilion that includes a massive fireplace, wet-bar, lounge, and lending library.

Free parking, a concierge, and a fax/copy machine are available.

A full-time staff with an activities director is on site to help plan your activities and get the most out of your visit. They currently offer a weekly orientation, an island briefing, and complimentary weekly activities.

The Cliffs is close to a shopping center with several shops, a supermarket, eating establishments, and a pub.

Amenities

The Cliffs features tennis courts, a large swimming pool with waterfalls, fountains and a wading pool for children, and two outdoor jacuzzis.

A gazebo on the bluff, a putting green and sand bunker, a recreation room, several barbecue areas, a shuffleboard court, a new play structure for kids, and a half-court basketball court are provided for your enjoyment.

Golf

One of the favorite attractions is the Robert Trent Jones Jr. 45 hole golf course. The Princeville course is the only par 6 in Kauai.

What an absolutely perfect location at The Cliffs. We have never had both Mountain and Ocean Views from the kitchen and lanai! Plus the view of Bali Hai and mountains from the bedroom. It was especially nice to wake up each day to the sunrise from the living room window and watch the sunset from the bedroom lanai when we were here.
